SIGNATURE LIFE COACHING PROGRAM

The Follow-Through Program

In this structured 8-week program, we work one-on-one to build the systems and skills you need to follow through consistently, especially when things feel difficult, overwhelming, or easy to put off.

We start by identifying what is actually getting in your way. From there, we introduce a simple process you can use to take action, even when you do not feel like it.

Over time, this is not just about getting more done. It is about becoming someone who can take action, stay consistent, and trust yourself to follow through on what matters.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A coach helps move you from intention to action. Instead of only talking about goals, we work together to clarify what matters to you, break goals down into realistic steps, and build systems that make progress easier. The goal is to give you enough strategies, systems, and practice that you no longer need a Coach.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences and managing mental health challenges. Coaching focuses more on the present and the future (i.e., habits, decision making, productivity, and confidence).

  • Coaching is NOT for everyone! It tends to be most valuable for people who are ready to change but struggle to implement change on their own. Having structure, accountability, and an outside perspective helps many clients move forward in weeks instead of months…in days instead of weeks.

My coaching focuses specifically on procrastination, overthinking, and follow-through. I help people establish goals, then use a combination of strategies I learned in the Marine Corps, education career, and two masters degrees to help people achieve those goals.
