The Process

At its core, coaching is about guiding people through change while providing reflective, non-judgmental accountability. You might be asking, what process will I be guided through?

The Learn, Plan, Do, Review approach is adapted from processes used in high-performance environments, including the military, athletics, and leadership settings.

This isn’t a linear checklist. It’s a flexible loop we return to as your goals, circumstances, and understanding evolve.
