If you’re new here, you’re welcome to start with the introductory session. This is a low-pressure conversation designed to help us get oriented and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or have clear goals yet. Many people book this session simply because something feels off and they want to approach it differently.
For Returning Clients
If you’re an existing client
Feel free to schedule the session that best fits where you are right now. If you’re unsure which option makes sense, you’re welcome to choose any open session and we can adjust together.
You don’t need to “catch up” or have made progress before booking. Showing up as you are is enough.

Please select a time when you’re unlikely to be rushed or interrupted. These sessions work best when you have a little space to think and reflect.

Having a Hard Time
If scheduling feels harder than it “should,” that’s more common than you might think. The human brain will often choose comfort and predictability over change and progress. That’s why the initial session is free, low-risk, with no commitment. Booking the session is often the first meaningful step.
